Longhorn Skull #3

48" span Longhorn cow skull with inlaid synthetic turquoise stones. Each stone is thoughtfully selected, wrapped in copper tape and tinted with solder, giving the effect of stain glass. The stones are individually placed following the contour of the skull. Once placed they are bridge soldered to create a solid mask. As a finishing touch a 4 inch silver plated metal concho is placed on the forehead.
